Founder & CEO
Justin Fleming
Mr. Fleming served in the United States Marine Corps Infantry from June 2001 until June 2008, with much of this time spent as a Non-Commissioned Officer in charge of educating and training junior Marines. In 2002 he mobilized as part of Operation Nobel Eagle where he and his battalion conducted anti-terrorism and homeland security training; training in close quarter combat rifle, as well as training in combat pistol and combat shotgun. In 2003 Mr. Fleming deployed with the First Marine Division as part of Operation Iraqi Freedom. While in theater Mr. Fleming and his battalion conducted combat operations, engaging the regular forces of Sadaam Hussien as well as irregular Iraqi militias, earning him the combat action ribbon. Post deployment Mr. Fleming had the opportunity to train with members of the Danish, German, Swedish, and Russian Armies; allowing him the opportunity to familiarize himself with a variety of foreign weapon systems. Mr. Fleming is also an NRA certified Instructor and Range Safety Officer.

Dennis Bopp
Detective Bopp is a 22 year Law Enforcement Veteran, with 17 of those years as a detective. He has worked gang detail, both as a specialized uniformed officer, and as a gang detective. He has also worked robbery, burglary and juvenile crimes. Detective Bopp currently serves as part of a FBI joint task force, with a focus on targeting organized robbery and theft. Detective Bopp’s tactical training is ongoing with one of the largest law enforcement departments in the United States, and he has served countless search warrants while participating in the entry/search team, and continues to do so.
Detective Bopp has also worked private security for a number of high profile individuals.
Lead Instructor
Ricardo De Los Santos
Mr. De Los Santos served 4 years active duty in the United States Army from July 2002 to November 2006. He then served in the United States Army Reserves as a Non Commissioned Officer, training newly enlisted soldiers and ROTC cadets in a variety of basic fundamentals and skills that are necessary to prepare for deployment into a combat zone. In 2003 he was deployed for ten months to Afghanistan with the prestigious 10th Mountain Division, in support of Operation Enduring Freedom. In 2005 he then deployed as a NCO to Iraq in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom, again with the 10th Mountain Division.
